Hi Lovely Miniature Community,
 

Today’s update isn’t just about miniatures and dollhouses (apologies!), but something important I need to share: my two Facebook groups were hacked and taken over!
 

It all started earlier this week, late at night, when I tried to check my Facebook profile one last time. 

To my shock, I couldn’t log back in. After some back-and-forth (I’ll spare you the details), I managed to recover my personal profile and Miniatures Facebook page. 

But sadly, my two Facebook groups about miniatures and dollhouses were not recoverable.

The hacked groups are:

1. Selling and Buying Dollhouses and Miniatures
2. Dollhouses and Miniatures

If you’re a member of either of these groups, please be aware: they are now controlled by the hackers. These new admins are trying to sell the groups and may even scam unsuspecting members. 

I no longer have control over these groups, which means I can’t remove scammers or monitor activity there anymore.
 

The Good News

I didn’t give up! I’ve started a new and improved group where we can continue to share our love for miniatures and dollhouses safely:

Let’s rebuild this community together! 

I’ll be working hard (again, there were 30K people in these hacked groups) to grow this new group and make it a safe, engaging space for all of us to buy, sell, and share our passion for miniatures.
