Happy last day of May!

I don’t know how this month disappeared so quickly, but here we are already. Let’s hope June brings good weather, good crafting time, and preferably fewer tiny pieces disappearing under the table. 😄

🏮 New review: I built the Omoide Yokocho book nook by Anavrin

I finally finished the Omoide Yokocho book nook by Anavrin, and my full review is now up:

This one has such a different look from the usual cozy book nooks. It’s more urban, detailed, and full of tiny Japanese alleyway atmosphere.

As always, I wrote the review from my own building experience: what I liked, what stood out, and what you might want to know before starting it yourself.

🛏️ New DIY build: a simple dollhouse bed from scratch

This first part is about making the bed itself from cardboard. Next week I’ll share the bedding part (as seen in the picture above), because of course a tiny bed doesn’t look properly finished until it has tiny sheets, pillows, and all the soft bits.

And yes, apparently I’m still in my miniature bed era. 😄

🎁 New free printable: Renaissance dollhouse wallpaper

This time it’s a Renaissance-style dollhouse wallpaper.

It should be nice for a more historic room, a moody hallway, an old-fashioned study, or any little scene that needs something richer than plain wallpaper.
